LADC 2014 Trial Academy

Thursday, July 31, 2014 - Saturday, August 02, 2014

Learn trial advocacy from some of Louisiana's best lawyers, judges and advocacy teachers during three days of intensive “learning-by-doing” training at the 30th anniversary session of the LADC Trial Academy.

Participants will learn to direct and cross-examine fact and expert witnesses, lay foundations, and make powerful and persuasive opening statements and closing arguments. Participants will also learn to apply courtroom evidence principles.  All performances are digitally recorded and critiqued by our faculty of experienced judges, trial lawyers and advocacy teachers. Demonstrations and lectures complement participant performances.
